Download the Chair's Summary (PDF - 32 KB) Following the three replenishment meetings in 2005 and to asses the process going forward, the Global Fund held a Mid-Term review of its Replenishment Mechanism in Durban, South Africa in July 2006. The Durban meeting also provided the donors with the opportunity to review the performance of the Global Fund including performance indicators, targets and grant performance. Finally the Mid-Term Review reassessed the resource needs and the available funding in the light of latest forecast and discussed any funding gap.
