A commercial sex worker in Guatemala City uses condoms provided for free by outreach programs to prevent the spread of HIV. In countries where the HIV and AIDS epidemic is not generalized, but rather is concentrated in groups which are highly at risk, Global Fund supported programs target these ‘most-at-risk populations’, as well as people living with the disease.
