In Trom, Ghana, community members attend an awareness-raising gathering, which aims to reduce prejudice and discrimination against HIV-positive people by integrating community members who are living with HIV. Gatherings like these are held throughout the country, where so far almost 700,000 people have been reached with meetings like this, and more than 600 people have been trained to conduct activities to reduce stigma.
